To inquire about developing an experience, please complete our inquiry form. We will then reach out with a discovery call to understand the vision for your experience. From there, we will put together a proposed itinerary with various options and pricing tiers for your review. Our featured experiences are a sampling of the types of trips we offer. If you have a specific destination or adventure in mind that is not highlighted, it will be our pleasure to bring it to life.
Experiences require varied planning time. For an experience encompassing a fixed-date event (Kentucky Derby, etc), we suggest inquiring a minimum of 8 to 10 months in advance to secure premium seating and hospitality packages. For destination weddings, we suggest a 12 to 14 month planning window. For an experience that does not hinge on a fixed event, we suggest a minimum timeframe of 4 to 6 months. If you have less time, not to worry—we love a challenge and will advise what is possible within your given timeframe.
Each custom experience will be created within your budget. Pricing will depend upon the number of guests, destination, duration, accommodations, transportation, dining experiences, activities, décor/production, and gifts. A detailed proposal with tiered pricing options will be delivered along with a preliminary proposed itinerary for review. Travel experiences generally begin at approximately $8,000 per person (exclusive of airfare).

Development and personalized planning on every detail of the trip
Official confirmed experience itinerary delivered at least one month prior to departure date
Airfare including first/business class and/or private chartered jets (guests may also elect to book own airfare)
Lodging accommodations (multiple room-type options will be provided)
All activities, seats, and VIP credentials to spectator events, etc., as detailed on the official itinerary
Ground, water, and/or air transportation to and from all scheduled events, meals, and activities
Conference space booking and comprehensive meeting elements as needed for corporate experiences
Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner with specialized menus (hosts may opt for days with free time/open meals)
Cocktails and wine with lunch and dinner (multiple alcohol package tiers will be provided from which to select)
Access to local guides, experts, and tastemakers for various activities
Customized décor, florals, gifts, and surprise moments
All taxes and fees associated with the above elements
Integrari development and production fee with a portion directly supporting The Integrari Foundation
For certain experiences (and by request) a team member will be onsite to oversee execution for the duration of the trip. For all experiences, guests will have 24-hour access to a concierge from the Integrari team should any questions or additional requests arise
